The IDA facilitated Sales and Use Tax Exemptions for the Noble Chateaugay Windpark, along with a PILOT (payments-in-lieu-of-taxes) to provide payments to Franklin County, Town of Chateaugay and Chateaugay Central School District. Noble Power has also made annual contributions to an economic development fund for Franklin County.
