Adirondack Medical Center (AMC) serves residents and visitors to the Tri-Lakes region with two hospital sites, three rehabilitation clinics and four primary health clinics. The hospital has a 50-member medical staff that is board certified in 19 specialties. AMC has 97 beds at the Saranac Lake hospital and maintains a clinic in Tupper Lake.

In addition to its Malone campus, Alice Hyde Medical Center operates four family health centers that bring primary and preventive services into the community.
